• Classes will run approximately 50 min long, leaving 10 minutes between sessions for cleanup, snack and pick up.

• If your kiddo would do best in a class where maybe the grades specified is above or below your student’s, please use your best judgement and enroll where you think your child would find the most success (I do ask that there isn’t more than a 2 year discrepancy).

• Parents are encouraged but not required to stick around for classes. IF your child has any struggles or challenges with behavior, we will need a parent or aid to be present through your kiddos entire time at the pod.

• If your child requires an aid or special accommodations (reach out to see if we can accommodate, we want everyone to feel included, safe and have needs met) please make sure those arrangements have been made.

• We do have a behavior policy that will need to be signed and returned on the first day of class. 

• Enrollment will be by semester and compensating your student's teacher will be set up through each teacher directly. Once you have paid your student’s enrollment fee and signed up for classes, your teachers will be sending invoices for you to pay for classes. Each teacher will provide you with a receipt that you can turn into schools for reimbursement if you choose to do so.

There will be an enrollment fee that will give your student access to classes BOTH Monday and Wednesday. This fee is in place to cover rent of the space, insurances, administrative fees and any other fees that I may incur in allowing for this space to exist.

Please make sure you add all the classes to your cart as well as your enrollment fee(s). The enrollment fee(s) are the only thing being collected at this time and will reserve your kiddos spot (s) in their classes. Teachers will invoice you for your kiddo’s classes.

I am happy to be able to do this for our kiddos but please understand I am doing the organizing, interviewing, coordinating, etc. on my own to allow for enrollment/tuition to stay as low as possible. I will be present to answer any questions or concerns each day at our location so please do not hesitate to reach out.
